SEATING vfm are the leading online supplier of quality office chairs in the UK and are completely dedicated to your total satisfaction. We do not offer for sale any product that is not designed and manufactured to our exacting standards. We only source seating from the top British and European manufacturers - Beware of cheap imitations.

We have a virtual showroom rather than brochures, which keeps our costs as low as possible, saves trees and saves our customers money! However, if you require more detailed information about our products please email us and we will forward a reply by email, post or telephone within 24 hours.

Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse any of the 8 SEATING vfm Showrooms, where you will see the price with & without VAT, the specification and also an image which can be enlarged if required. Check out our Colour page if required and then select the colour of chair before adding to the Shopping Trolley. Select the quantity you require then move to our "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. You will then be transferred to a SECURE area before entering your card details. Unlike many stores we do not hold any of our customers bank details on our site so as to ensure that your security is maintained.
SEATING vfm accept debit and credit card payment, as well as cheque in advance of despatch for UK customers.

Shipping And Handling
FREE DELIVERY WITHIN THE GB mainland - Monday to Friday.
Before noon deliveries in GB mainland (Except Highlands) - minimum £15 per consignment plus £0.10 per kilo.
Before 10am and Saturday deliveries in GB mainland (Except Highlands) - minimum £30 per consignment plus £0.50 per kilo.
Other destinations - email us for a quotation.
Total cost is shown at checkout BEFORE you confirm your transaction. All prices quoted are in UK£'s.
To keep prices as low as possible our chairs are sent direct to you by parcel carrier.
Your chair will be either partially assembled or assembled so it is quickly available for use.
Delivery Schedule
We will normally despatch your order to you in 1-15 working days, depending on model and quantity ordered. Details of normal despatch times are listed against each model in the shopping section of our store. If you require a chair(s) urgently email us for availability stating model, colour and quantity. Delivery time is between 1-2 working days from despatch depending on location within the UK.
GB mainland (except Highlands of Scotland) customers may specify "Before noon" or a "Saturday" delivery to assist busy people, the cost of which is calculated at the checkout before you confirm your transaction.

Back Orders
In the event that your selected order is not available for delivery within our normal schedule (usually no more than 15 working days) we will contact you so that you may decide to continue with the order, choose an alternative or cancel.

SEATING vfm know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach World Pay, a subsidiary of The Royal Bank of Scotland. They are not held in clear text on any web site. We abide by the British Standard BS7799 (Code of Practice for Information Security Management).

All chairs are guaranteed - 1 years in normal use & 2 yrs Fabric - 1 yrs for 24hr use & 1 yr Fabric (unless stated otherwise)
Within 7 days from receipt of goods - refund or exchange guaranteed within 30 days of cancellation. (applies only to a purchase of a single standard chair as illustrated in our store - if you are unsure and wish to order a larger quantity then please order one chair first to check it out)
Contact us within 7 days of receipt - All we ask is that the chair is returned to us in mint condition and original packaging at your cost - manufacturers restocking fees will also be charged at the customer expense.
Should your purchase arrive damaged let us know immediately. A replacement part or chair will be sent right away - please e-mail for a Returns address. No goods accepted without this authorisation.
We will handle your complaint fairly, confidentially, effectively and speedily - always acknowledging a complaint within 5 working days, notifying you of the timescale involved and keeping you informed of our progress. If you require any further information you may contact us by email , fax or phone - see our contact details. Our procedures are monitored regularly and updated and improved as required.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
