As an online retailler our store is open 24 hours a day all year round, and from experience we have found that we can respond quicker and with more information to email requests.
Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse any of the Showrooms, where you will see the price excluding VAT, the specification and an image which can be enlarged if required and then add the product of your choice to the Shopping Trolley.
Select the quantity you require then move to our "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. You will then be transferred to a SECURE area before entering your card details. Unlike many stores we do not hold any of our customers' bank details on our site to ensure that your security is maintained.
SBSi Ltd accepts debit and credit card payment, as well as a cheque in advance of despatch for UK customers. Large orders - delivered to the ground floor of one UK delivery address - can qualify for an extra discount. Email us for a quotation.

Delivery Schedule We will normally despatch your order to you in 7-20 working days, depending upon product, quantity ordered and manufacturer. Details of normal despatch times are listed against each model in the shopping section of our store. If you require a product urgently please email us for availability stating which product code, size, colour and quantity.

Please note that Delivery lead times shown on our website are given as a guide and are not guaranteed - there are periods during the year when our manufacturers are more busy and this increases the delivery lead times. For up to date delivery times please email us from our website for details.

All Deliveries are carried out by the manufacturer or national carrier service - Seaingvfm do not deliver any office furniture products. All delivery lead times shown on this website are approximate as given to us by each manufacturer.
